Thank you for shopping with Hall Street Artisan Parfum.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping We currently ship within the United States only via UPS Ground. A flat-rate shipping charge of $15 is applied at checkout. Fragrance products are shipped by ground transportation only and cannot be shipped via air services.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is by appointment only. Please wait for confirmation before arriving. Orders must be collected within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made — contact us if you need more time. Please keep in mind that we are not a retail storefront.
Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Delays Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Hall Street Artisan Parfum is not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related disruptions, lost packages after carrier acceptance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Hall Street Artisan Parfum is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
