Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the personal and subjective nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about a fragrance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We may request photographs of the product and packaging to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All fragrance and personal care products are final sale. We do not accept returns on any opened or unopened fragrance products. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
